All-Seeing Eye of the Phlegethon
General Vaughn, I spotted you the moment you stepped foot on the Phlegethon's shores with our special guests. The cells have been prepared. I locked them to prevent other Legionnaires from challenging the suckers inside. Here. Take these keys, and move clockwise starting from the central watch tower. Enjoy the cakewalk.
Free for All
The Reap of the Millenia begins with a free-for-all. The more duels you win, the more points you'll gain. The Legionnaires with the most points will advance to the tourney tree, and the rest are eliminated if they weren't already killed. It'll cull the weaklings, and prevent them from wasting Lord Dage's time during the actual Reap *chuckles* The rest of the Judges will have to sit through hundreds of these preliminary rounds.
Dungeons
The bridge you're standing on can take you to several of the Phlegethon's prison spires. General Vaughn can rotate them, and sometimes, he spins them rapidly to wake everyone up. The deeper you go in any given spire, the more dangerous the inmates get. Some of them were here before the Legion was established. I'd say we've explored about…thirty percent of the dungeons.
Boiling Blood
The waters of the Phlegethon may look like lava, but it's actually superheated blood. Some of it comes from our inmates, but the majority springs from an unknown source. Could it be from a giant? A different sort of beast? If its blood is glowing so freely, then it could be alive. I have a feeling that General Vaughn already found it, but he doesn't feel like sharing. He's the only one who can survive in the depths of the dungeons, after all.
After completing the 'Death's Revelation' quest:
All-Seeing Eye of the Phlegethon
The Undead Giant smirks as you walk by. Argus war clearly in on General Vaughn's plans. You could poke his eye out, but you need to save your energy. The Phlegethon's already swelteringly hot, but what's coming next is going to make you really sweat.
