The First Celestial
Aranx, you are here. I'm glad you found your way to me. And a human! They are not to appear on Lore for quite some time! There must be something special about you. Perhaps you can help Aranx on his quest to find who he is.
Who are you?
I am Arthelyn, the First Celestial. Aranx is the Third. Of the Second, we do not speak…
- Arthelyn's Quests
After completing the 'Oh Well, Oh Well Guardian' quest:
The First Celestial
So much violence… so much destruction. So much darkness. I can only pray that we are not already too late.
- Arthelyn's Quests
After completing the 'Forward Unto Azalith' quest:
The First Celestial
Azalith is here! We must try and stop her before she destroys the Celestial Realm!
- Arthelyn's Quests
After completing the 'Azalith Faced' quest:
The First Celestial
The Azalith I knew is gone. We can only pray to the Bright One that we are able to stop her in time.
- To Infernal Paradise
Archangel of Stoicism
Anethyx'o took Aranx… to finish what Azalith couldn't. Your theory has shaken me to the core. Why would The Bright One create my family just to destroy it? What could they possibly want? My heart shatters once more.
The First Celestial
The Arthelyn of this era is no more, so I have come from the past to fulfill her duties as Celestial Ruler of this realm. An oppressive sense of dread is affecting both Celestials and Infernals. The Bright One descends, and these towers have risen to form their throne.
Talk
I haven't seen these towers in ages. They disappeared long before Azalith's fall.
Siblings
Azalith and I were born in these towers, and Aranx opened his eyes the moment the two of us could stand. The Archangel of Stoicism and the Archangel of Fortitude…we didn't know what Aranx represented yet. He was so quiet, and I mistook that shyness for a calm nature. It was Azalith who noticed, and held his hand so he'd feel brave enough to talk. Our brother doesn't remember that anymore…it's for the best.
Past and Present
I have come from the past to aid you and Aranx in your present. This wouldn't have been possible if the Arthelyn of your time wasn't already dead. My inevitable demise can't be prevented, and I won't try to delay my fate. While I can't deny that I am shaken by this knowledge, saving the Celestial Realm and Aranx is more important. It's just…disappointing. We'll never reconcile with Azalith…
The Bright One
Towers are rising from the Celestial Realm at its greatest time of need. The Bright One, Anethyx'o, has returned. Our creator's light shines upon us… but I am filled with an overwhelming sense of dread, and so are the others. Is it because Azalith is so close to her goal of destroying and replacing The Bright One, or are we simply fearful of its wrath? Could they be disappointed in their failed creations?
After completing the 'Azalith, the Disavowed' quest:
The First Celestial
Aranx was taken! Azalith tried to transform him into an Infernal, but she couldn't go through with it. The Bright One did, and they told Azalith that she was unworthy. I-I don't understand. The other Celestials are petrified with fear, and even some of the Infernals have started to hide. Azalith and I…we've reached a temporary understanding. We will resume our quarrel after we confront our creator, and bring Aranx back.
