How to use?
Recommended enhancement: Lucky
When Barber can't quickly burst down its target with "Snip Snip" and "Always Open," it boosts allies' Crit Chance and Haste with "Good Looks" while protecting the party with target debuffs to hit chance, haste, and dodge with "Barbicide Spillage".
