When cast out of combat will summon a Grifflet if you don't have a pet equipped.

Follow Up: Applies Distracted, reducing your target's Damage Resistance by 30% for 10 seconds while also stunning them for 2 seconds.

Description: Starting at rank 1, upon performing a Follow Up you pet your companion, Uplifting them which increases your outgoing physical damage by 5% for 8 seconds, stacks to 8. At rank 10, increases your Crit Chance by 10%.
