Where is… the Underworld?
The Underworld is all around you… a shifted plane below, above, and apart from this world. Once you phase out of your realm and into mine, you will see only darkness, sail only down rivers of hate and forgetfulness… right to the gates guarding the palace of Dage the Evil, ruler of the Undead Legion.

Don't be ssssss jumpy. I'm not particcccccccipating in the reap. On behalf of my Lady, I come with a propossssssssssition. The opponent you'll faccccccce in this arena is quite troublesome. If you're willing to pay the price, I'll give you something to make the fight much eassssssssier. Gold for Gold. The Devourer of Ssssssssssouls won't ssssssssee it coming.
Proposition
I ussssssed to ferry the Horssssseman of Pessssstilence across the Ssssstyx quite often. The drachma they paid me housssssses a deadly dissssease. Usssssssse the coin when you facccce the Devourer of Ssssouls, and it'll weaken him drastically. Even if you don't finisssssssssh him off, the dissssseased drachma will. Thisssssss isssssssn't for free. I require a fee.

Wailsss and ssscreams of your heroic deedsss echo down thessse chambersss. Are you sssearching for the Frozen Flame's Sssoul? I am Charon, and I can offer you passssage down the River Acheron, passt the Great Marsssh, and to the Ssstyx Riverbank.
More about Styx
Bessside usss isss the River Archeon, infesssted with Wrathful and Sssullen Sssouls. The only way to traverssse thessse watersss is on my boat. If you decide to leave my boat for any reassson, death will gladly accompany you.
Acheron eventually flowsss into the Great Marsssh of Ssstyx. The Sssouls in thessse marssshy watersss are being punissshed for an eternity. Unlessss you wisssh to be drowned forever, do not enter the Great Marsssh.
If you sssurvive long enough, we will reach the other ssside of the Great Marsssh at the Ssstyx riverbank. There you ssshall continue your journey towardsss Dage's Palace… and hopefully discover the whereaboutsss of the Frozen Flame's Sssoul.
The Psyche
You sssurvived. The Psyche isss helping to keep you alive. This path leadsss to Dage's guard dog that protectsss the Palace's gatesss. If you hope to hunt down the Frozen Flame's Sssoul, you must defeat Dage's beassst before it huntsss you down!
Quessstionsss about the Psyche? Psyche isss the ssspiritual force embedded in all Underworld creaturesss, breathing life into anything it comesss in contact with. Psyche isss awarded in every quessst related to the Frozen Flame, from Fotia to Underrealm to Ssstyx and beyond.
Psyche are usssed in my Purge Merge Ssshop. When combined with other elementsss, the Psyche ssshall produce new itemsss to aid you in the Underworld, Sssome itemsss may corrupt your sssoul, but that'sss par for the courssse, of courssse.
