• Applies a stack of Deep Rage to the caster for every enemy hit, stacks to 5.

Description: Unleash your hatred, dealing damage based on stacks of Deep Rage stacks and reducing your foe's Outgoing Damage and Dodge by 30% for 10 seconds. Also has a 25% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
Notes:

• Hits up to 4 targets.
• Applies Blinding Pain to enemies, which reduces All Outgoing Damage and Dodge by -30% for 15 seconds.
• Has a chance to apply Immobilizing Pain to enemies, which stuns them for 3 seconds.
