Description: Strike your foe with a blade infused with dragonfire, dealing unavoidable damage and making your foe Flammable, reducing their Magical Resistance by 30% and DoT Resistance by 50% for 15 seconds. During this time, Spell Blade will set your foe on fire, burning them over time for 15 seconds, stacking to 3. Replaces Dumbfounded.

The first time this skill is used in combat, you disarm your foe, reducing their outgoing damage by 80% for 4 seconds.
