Heir of the High Elves
Why were Camlan's gates open, and how did these monsters get inside our temple? Only High Elves can lift the veil hiding our home. Did we… allow the Shadows inside? But why? Where are my brothers and sisters? My mother and father? Even my warriors are disappearing. Our mentors are falling to their knees, chanting nonsense… and are being enveloped by the Shadows.
After completing the 'Shadows of Aminion' quest:
Heir of the High Elves
Forcing you to fight, as I stood frozen… I apologize for that. Please, come with me… the Paladin has already gone inside the temple. That's where Clarent, the Kingmaker Blade forged for the Champion of Light, is enshrined. It must be what the Shadows are after!

It has to be Ouroboros, the Doom Spirit known as the Metamorphosis Maw, that tricked my people into allowing it entry into Camlan! We must destroy this foul Shadow! The creature must be in the heart of the Temple, where Clarent the Kingmaker Blade rests.

Warden of the High Elves
I am Dryden, warden and protector of the High Elves. Your human settlement is being invaded by the same Shadows that threaten my home. Whatever caused the invasion hides in this forest. Though it is my first time setting foot outside of Camlan, settle your fears. I will be the one to slay doom and Shadow. Then, I wish to invite the Champion of Light to Camlan…unless this would cause trouble amongst you humans as well?
High Elves
All Elves in Greenguard descend from the High Elves of Camlan, home to purity and Light. They may deny it, as my parents said they would, but Ice Elves, Water Elves, the royalty of Skye…even Drows are all muddied bloodlines originating from my people. It is a tradition for Champions of Light to be guided by Celeritas' Emissaries to us for tutelage. Gravelyn is an odd exception that needs to be discussed with the High Elf Council.
Camlan
The home of the High Elves, the last bastion of purity, Camlan. My people have taken great pains to keep it that way, keeping us hidden and safe. Greed often leads humankind to search for Camlan, and we deal with them accordingly. What if they're just lost? No one just stumbles across Camlan. My tutors make sure the High Elf youth understand this fact, and have been training us to be ready to explore the outside one day.
Invasion
The High Elf Council was planning to prepare my generation to leave Calman for an important mission, but we were forced to leave early when the Shadows began to attack. Camlan has never been tainted by Darkness. Even Chaos and the monster known as Malgor couldn't intrude on our soil. To be able to breach our defenses, these Shadows aren't to be trifled with. They must be eradicated!
After completing the 'Enigmatic Entity' quest:
Warden of the High Elves
The Condemned Shadows are going to strike Camlan? These entities are far stronger than anything I could imagine. My people won't be ready for a full invasion! I will lead you and your forces to Camlan. The High Elf Council will understand that it was necessary. With the Champion of Light on our side, the trumpets of victory will sound! I can become worthy of my title as Warden.
