Hope of the Firestorm Onslaught
…Long time no see. In the past, the Onslaught would have come to invade, but now we come to your aid. We've been called traitors to humanity because of Tyndarius' actions. I'm the leader of the Onslaught. His mistakes are my responsibility.

Aid
Greenguard's Knights fear fire, but the Onslaught thrives in the flames of peril and strife. Lady Fiamme appeared to us, and promised absolution in the eyes of the masses if we lended our aid to the Yew Mountain Chain. This blaze isn't like anything we've encountered before, but the Onslaught has been able to keep it contained with minimal causalities. If it comes to it. we will keep the fires from spreading with our own bodies.

Onslaught
You know what I told Tyndarius before he died? That I hated him. That he ruined everyone's lives. Did I really mean everything I said, or was it the Mana Affliction? I honestly can't say for sure, but Tyndarius gave his life to try make things right. Abel visited me after the dust settled, and we talked about the Avatars. If you trace it all the way back… if it weren't for the Avatars… I don't know. It's just that Abel was so angry. Am I that angry yet?

Tyndarius
I inherited an Onslaught in conflict with itself. Some despise Tyndarius for turning us into pariahs. Others are under the delusion that we would have had a better future if I didn't betray him to help you. But of all us are jeered and spat at wherever we go. I… don't mean to blame you, or beg for sympathy. It is what it is, and I'll fix it. I made my choices, and I'll stand by them.

The forest's flames have gone still. Was that you? It seems like you have a lot on your mind. I can tell. I see that expression every time I look in the mirror. After Tyndarius named me the new leader of the Onslaught, I stopped being myself. The thing I became only exists to serve my people and their needs. I have to take responsibility for them, but maybe allowing yourself one selfish thought… one naive idea… can make a difference.
