Sandsea Lorekeeper
The Pharaoh who could have been! Our library is honored by your visit. War, calamity, and tyranny have left many of its shelves barren, but we saved what we could. The other Lorekeepers and I are working tirelessly to separate truth from the fabrications forged by Sek-Duat. I hope that one day, even if there are moments of shame, that future generations will have a foundation of knowledge that will let them touch the sun.

Talk
Am I a Sand Elf? No. My Elvish father was from the eastern woodlands, and I decided to take my mother back to her homeland now that there's a new Pharaoh. Hmm, calling my father Elvish is a bit of a sore spot for him. He doesn't have the traits that I do. My great-great-great-grandfather is the only full Elf in our family.

Lorekeepers
If circumstances were different, there'd be a Loremaster tending to the palace's library. All of Sek-Duat's Lectors have been expelled for forging historical records… and far greater crimes. Lorekeepers who attempted to defend the truth were forcible mummified, and thrown to the dunes. We've stepped forward carrying their legacy, but none of us have earned enough merit to be considered Loremasters.

Fabrications
For fifteen generations, Sek-Duat ruled the Sandsea. He repeatedly faked his death, and pretended to be his own son to hold the throne. None of the tomes were written by the tyrant's Lectors are to be trusted. We've lost so much of our history because of him. The eras that preceded his fake dynasty are nearly a complete mystery. Reviving our past will be a grand undertaking. Explorers from across the continent are coming to aid our efforts.

Zhoom
You could have been the Sandsea's Pharaoh, but you chose Zhoom. It was a wise choice indeed, but… he may have a stronger claim to the throne than we thought. Pharaoh Zhoom's chief advisor, Crulon, and I were examining his heritage. Yes, he should be judged for his actions rather than his blood. It's just that the people were harmed horrifically by Sek-Duat. They might not see it the same way we do…
