Elodea
Your concerns about Miss Elodea's mysterious circumstances make sense, but I appreciate how you're calmly evaluating the situation. Jumping to conclusions, even if it seems obvious at first glance, always causes problems. We should give everyone a chance, because it is the right thing to do…If I may be candid, Miss Elodea reminds me of my daughter. I can't help but be soft on her. My companions must have already noticed.

Festival
The student has long surpassed the master, but I can still teach you a thing or two. I was just telling Elodea about how Mogloween is a popular night to conduct malicious rituals. There aren't enough adventurers like us to deal with them. Fortunately, those spells tend to cancel each other out. Many can't be performed at the same time, or require materials too rare to procure reliably. Mages of ill repute end up fighting amongst each other.

Battleon
I noticed an odd air about Battleon before we met Elodea, but her warning made it more obvious. There are layers of influence seeping into everyone's homes. It's like there's a fog competing with a haze to swallow the town. One makes it feel like my skin is stretching. It's subtle, but I can tell that my nails and hair are growing faster, too. As for the other force…I sense that I'm being watched. Is that familiar to you?

We foiled the machinations of both the Followers of Dzeza and the Kult of Kathool! You and Elodea were so brave! She was going to sacrifice her life for us, but we earned a miracle. That means I can't denounce Dzeza completely. If it weren't for them…As small as we mortal specks are compared to the vast cosmos, beings bigger than the stars gaze at us with longing. It's like you said, a little kindness goes a long way.

Talk
We'll find a way to get Elodea's legs back. I promise, the four of us won't give up!

Transformation
You realized that Elodea was a goldfish far earlier than I did. She was dumped into a river by her family when it became too much 'trouble' to care for her. How horrid! They chose to take her in, and practically sent her to die when it wasn't novel anymore! All lives should be treasured. The poor dear was swimming in circles, until a voice guided her to shore. That was Kathool…They gave her a human body to live a real life.

Connection
Elodea had a connection to both Kathool and Dzeza. The former transformed her for a certain reason, which led to Dzeza turning their attention to our world. I am unsure if the God of the Depths intended to attract a rival, but judging by how you've described Sir Donut Brain, I believe it just added to the excitement. All this just to get a reaction out of you…Oh, it's getting me worked up and mad! I'm glad we foiled their plans!

Elodea
Elodea reminded me of my daughter, Marisol. The past three weeks we spent together were wonderful! To Elodea, that was practically her entire life. When we were forced to choose between the life of a goldfish and the safety of the planet…I knew what the logical choice was, but we're heroes. Only heroes can work miracles. People, with enough belief and determination, can accomplish anything together. Thank you for choosing to be a Hero.
