Greetings, Hero. The name’s Ki Sama, the one and only Dalang for this show. I - uh - just wanted to thank you for coming. It is not often we get someone as famous and skilled in battle as you are. But, um, before the show begins, could you help me with something? cough My throat is so dry, and I have so much left to do before the show begins.

Yes. We call it the Pentas Wayang Kulit, or Leather Puppet Show. I use leather puppets and light to cast shadows and tell stories. I hope you will enjoy the legend I am about to present. It is one of our oldest, most famous tales.
