Range: An infinite range skill that heals 7 friendly targets.
Description: Inspire your allies, healing you and up to 6 allies for a small amount and increasing Hit Chance by 10% and Damage by 25% for 12 seconds. You grant them all a stack of Legendary, increasing their Crit Damage by 5%, stacking to 8 and lasting 15 seconds.
