It looks like gaining access to the Fiend Shard will be harder than we thought. You are going to have to fight through some Fiends to get to it. Don't worry, I will be right with you! Once we destroy the Fiend Shard, Nulgath will be weakened and perhaps that will be enough to save my world.

Your World?
I'm from a place called Oversoul. Up until recently, it was pretty peaceful. However a few years ago, Nulgath arrived, bringing his Fiends with him. Ever since then, my world has been in a state of constant war. I was killed in one of Nulgath's attacks, however I was unwilling to pass over to the other side. I knew that I had to help put a stop to Nulgath, once and for all!

After completing the 'Dirtlicking Guards' quest:

Dirtlicker is guarding the door, and he has a Fiend Shard of his own! It won't be an easy fight, but we have no choice if we are going to destroy Nulgath's Fiend Shard!

After completing the 'Defeat Dirtlicker' quest:

Those Fiends will just keep coming until we destroy that Fiend Shard! We are going to have to fight them while also chipping away at the Shard! We are so close! I know we got this!

I can already feel Nulgath's power leaving this place! It really worked! And since this Fortress is the one linked to my world, it should have caused him to lose a substantial amount of power!
