Range: An infinite range attack that deals damage to 1 target.
Description: Fracture and fragment your foe's reality to harm their past and future selves. Inflicts Quantum Fracturing and Quantum Fragmenting, inflicting a DoT as well as reducing their Defense and Dodge by 30% for 10 seconds.

Quantum Shift

Type: Hybrid
Range: An infinite range status skill that applies to 20 friendly targets.
Description: Distort the timeline to alter combat capabilities. Applies Quantum Shift to you and your allies, increasing Crit Chance and Defense by 30% as well as Outgoing Physical and Outgoing Magical Damage by 10% for 10 seconds.
Note:

• At Rank 10, Quantum Shift applies stacks of Quantum Spiral to you for each friendly target affected, increasing your Crit Modifier and DoT damage by 10% for 23 seconds, stacks to 40 but cannot be refreshed.

Quantum Restructure

Type: Hybrid
Range: An infinite range attack that deals damage to 1 target.
Description: Hack into reality for a brief moment and rebuild it in your favor. Applies Quantum Restructure to significantly reduce the amount of damage you take, while inflicting Quantum Rupture to significantly increase the amount of damage your target takes. Both effects last 2 seconds. Never misses or crits.
Notes:

• Quantum Restructure increases the player's Dodge by 80% and decreases DoT In, All In, Phys In and Mag In by 20% for 2 seconds.
• Quantum Rupture decreases the enemy's Dodge by 80% and increases DoT In, All In, Phys In and Mag In by 20% for 2 seconds.

Description: Perceive and control the source of your powers as they were meant to be. Inflicts Quantum Convergence for 10 seconds, a heavy DoT. If Temporal Rift is active, consume it to deal damage to your target based on the damage you've dealt in the last 10 seconds while Temporal Rift was active.
