Description: Scorch your target with putrefying flames. Applies Black Flames to your target, a 6 second fast DoT. Black Flames are consumed by your other damaging skills to deal double damage and apply Cremate, reducing DoT Resistance by 10% for 10 seconds, stacks to 10.

Fuel The Flame: Applies Decay to your target for 5 seconds. Also applies Decomposing Flames for 20 seconds, increasing Black Flames' stack limit to 3 and causing skills that consume it to deal 150% more damage for each additional stack.
Note: Deals 40% magical damage.
