Notes:

• Blinded cannot be applied if the target has Shadow Sealed active, but does not fade if Shadow Sealed is applied after.
• Cooldown lasts 20 seconds.
• Crafts in batches of 10.
• Deals 300% Hybrid DPS to up to 4 targets and has a chance to apply Blinded to the target, decreasing its Hit Chance by 50% for 6 seconds.
