If Castellan Doctrine is present, applies Overwatch, reducing your target’s Crit Chance by 15% and Luck by 30%. If Venator Doctrine is present, applies Beholden, reducing your target’s Hit Chance by 15% and Damage Resistance by 30%. Both effects last 15 seconds.
Notes:

• Applies Preamble to the player for 3 seconds, increasing Physical and Magical Resistances by 80%.
• Applies In Omnia Paratus to the enemy, which blocks Preamble for the rest of the fight.
• Reducing Luck only affects enemy players.

Description: Applies The Western Covenant, increasing your outgoing physical damage, STR, and END by 50%, and DoT Resistance by 80%. If you are in Defensive Stance, applies Castellan Doctrine, further increasing your END by 50%. If you are in Offensive Stance, applies Venator Doctrine, increasing your Crit Chance and Physical Resistance by 35%. Effects last for 15 seconds. Both Doctrines consume each other.
Note: Always hits, but never crits.

Description: Starting from Rank 1, all skills except The Western Covenant apply The Watch Eternal, reducing your target's Dodge by 25%, stacks to 20. At rank 10, increases STR by 30% and END by 15%.
