We should prepare ourselves for the potential threats we'll be facing. There'll be foes stronger and fiercer than before. You should get some potions as a precaution. You'll have to pay a visit to the Chaos Dragon in /cleric for the unguent. It can be all the difference between victory and defeat.

This is quite the lavish tomb for an otherwise modest grave. They must really respect the founder. I hate to encroach on the village's traditions, but we'll be opening the tomb. The residual spiritual energies in the cemetery and some pristine finger bones from the ghouls should be enough to create a dispel sigil to undo it.
