Finally! Someone with some real strength. Like the wall here, some things in this world, you just need to click or hit to interact with them can be clicked on.
I've seen namby-pamby heroes traipse through week after week, and none of them could break through my test!
After you've broken the wall, you can walk through the hole.

Some quests require you to pick up or place items in an area.

Blue arrows will point to items that can be picked up, or will point to where you should place an item.

Sometimes, arrows may be hidden until you leave and return to a room.
