Seaview Innkeeper
It's you! The Brave Outsider! Ah well, I suppose I'm the outsider now. Do you remember me? I was the innkeeper from Astravia. We were forced to leave home, but thanks to your aid, Astravia lives on through its survivors. Are you in need of a place to stay? I'll prepare the Inn's best room and…ah, my apologies. May we keep your stay a secret? The village of Ashray is under strict instruction to not let the uninvited in.
Astravians
The survivors from Astravia, including myself, moved to Greenguard in search of a new home. One of our doctors liaised with Queen Victoria, and she has graciously offered us shelter and supplies to help us get back on our feet. In return, that doctor and her family would live in Ashray to…well, you may know this doctor. She should be the one to tell you what happened after you left Astravia.
Scale
Long ago, I cowered and abandoned those in need when trouble came knocking on my door. That is not a mistake I will make again. The other Astravians are not aware that I have taken Mi and their family into my care. Though they're more than capable of taking care of themselves, I want them to have a warm and safe home to return to. Yes, they have done harm, but through inaction, so have I.
Seaview
The Capital of Astravia was a landlocked city, so living by the sea is completely novel. Like other Astravians, it was difficult for me to adapt and find work, but the previous owner of the Seaview Inn gave me the deed for free! Miss Aina taught me how to manage her staff, and made sure we were comfortable before she left to visit the other inns she owns. I am eternally grateful for her kindness.
InnKeeper
My apologies, our rooms are completely booked. It may be best for you to return to where you came.

I used to be a member of the Royal Guard before my father got too sick to take care of the family’s inn. The Prince saw me off with a smile, and gifted me gold to keep my family comfortable until I could fully take over the Inn’s duties. In fact, he used to sneak out to come stay with his…oh, I’m not talking about King Drago. Is this not the kind of information you’re looking for?
InnKeeper
The distortions are out of control! I may not understand why this is happening but the root of the corruption must lie in the /astraviacastle. Please, make your way there. It’s too dangerous to venture out without knowing the cause of it all!

After completing the 'Mnemosyne, the Tormentor' quest:
InnKeeper
There you are! While you fought that beast, the rebellion leaders took as many people as they could out of the Capital. We noticed you didn’t escape, so I volunteered to come back for you. We’ve discovered that this cursed ritual has a steadily expanding range, and those closer to the beast are being picked off first. I fear it might not end until all of us are dead… but we must try to run!
Drago
We were released from the clawed grip around our hearts. The wave of cold relief washed over all Astravians not too long ago. King Drago is no more. If he has died while his subjects remain alive, that means it was by natural causes … or it has something to do with the tear in the sky. Is this divine wrath? Will we pay for our misdeeds as well?
Past Sin
King Drago did not rise to the throne on his own. Though many Astravians were too young to remember his ascension, they have inherited the sins of their mothers and fathers. I, on the other hand, have no such excuse. The past can’t change but I won’t leave anyone behind. Not again.
Environment
The sky has turned red before, when King Drago began summoning monsters. But, it was never anything like this. Our surroundings have come alive, watching us like we’re roaches trying to evade their gaze. Even the air and sounds are making me want to crawl out of my skin. That horn in the sky must be another beast, the source of this phenomenon.

Who would that be accompanying you? They’re named Mi? I see that they’re very shy if they’re hiding behind you. Is that right? They can guide you to the heart of this catastrophe. I must take the survivors out of the Capital but we will be waiting for you to catch up. Brave Outsider, I wish you success and health.
