A Dragon's hoard can fill a museum and fund ten more excavations - I mean, feed a village for years! Now imagine a Great Dragon's treasure trove. Haha, I'm sure it wouldn't be as simple as cave diving for their hidden stash. If it was, we'd hear more stories about it. I'm thinking anyone who's tried has either died miserably or just plain failed. Our job is to make sure Aria stays safe, regardless of what the outcome will be.
Greenhouse
I teased Aria about her grades, but she's definitely a teacher's pet. Look at this greenhouse! It's an entire forest of rare flora and fauna! The temperature can change from tropical heat to chilly tundra depending on where you stroll. It's probably meant for all of the Druid students, but they gave Aria room to display her findings. The faculty expect her to succeed. If we do find anything, I'll keep it here so her classmates can study it too.
Aria
I love Aria's family. I've been staying at Yulgar's ever since I began treasure hunting with my dad. Then…it was just me. I love going on adventures, but it's nice to come back to a warm fire and a loud dinner table. Aria's growing up a little too fast. I wonder if she realizes how amazing it is to grow plants that used to be extinct. This greenhouse is a treasure, and since she asked nicely, I'll fill it with more.
Artifacts
Our main goal is to meet the Great Elemental Dragons, but it's more likely that we'll come across their traces. I'll arrange the Greenhouse into Dragonrune Hall's own little museum, and put what we find on display. If you happen to want to take anything home, that's not a problem either… in fact, it'd probably be even safer at your place. Maybe the Greats would rather visit you instead of us.

Treasure Hunter
Valencia's been in tougher conditions, but she's too cold to even shiver. You're afraid that trying to move her could shatter her limbs. She didn't know she wanted her father to return that badly. You have no choice but to leave her where she's standing.
After completing the 'Empty Nest' quest:
Treasure Hunter
Hey! I'm really sorry I wasn't of any help, and I'm even more sorry that you had to see me like that. I knew that thing wasn't actually my father, but I didn't know how much I wanted it to be. It gave me an apology, and a hug that would never come from the real Trey Surehunter. So it looks like I'm going to have to deal with that myself. Could you give me a moment? I need to plan my next expedition.
Treasure Hunter
You happened to swing by right when I reunited with my father after…years. It looks like him, stands like him, and says everything I've wanted to hear ever since he left me behind. Let me handle this. This isn't the first time a tomb's curse rattled my skull.
Trey
Trey Surehunter is my father, and we used to conquer lost tombs and hidden temples all over Lore. Then, he lost his trust in me after I messed up one of our excavations. Every year, my family and I would save a spot for him at the table, but he never came back. All of my letters must have been tossed in a fire. Seeing dad again after all these years, I'm…happy. I'm so unbelievably happy. Unbelievably…
Mountain
I heard about Yulgar opening a new Inn on Mount Otzi, and got so excited that I came over without checking to see if there were any vacancies. Every mountain surrounding this valley has a story. More people coming means more attention, and more potential explorers to add to my team. Now that I'm here, I remembered how dangerous it could be, too. You start to see things in the dark.
Headaches
The moment I stepped into the hotel, I got the king of all headaches! It felt like someone shoved a stick into my brain and stirred it around. I felt so tired, winded, and vulnerable. It's the kind of exhaustion you feel after telling a story that hurts more than you think it would. Then, my…dad caught me before I fell on the floor. I'll be okay. I can handle this. My hands will stop shaking eventually.
Present Raider
Trissa's been gone helping Jack for a while. Jack Lindsey used to arrange for horses, reserve ship rides, and draw maps for my dad's trips. Then, he retired to keeping our home tidy while we were abroad. Trissa and I owe him a lot. Let's get the venison stew simmering before they're both back. I can show you around while we work…
Trey Surehunter
That story I told you about my dad was a sour one. There's more about how amazing he is, and how he helped preserve so much of Lore's history. He even risked execution to keep Kings from burning books. You can't be as good as dad without dedicating your life to your work! All of it. Mom walked out on him because he was away so much. It broke his heart. That's why he brought me on every trip until the incident…
The Valley
I hope you didn't think the Surehunter's home base would be tucked away on any old mountain. These cabins used to be a cluster of tents my dad set up as a waypoint between caves and ancient castles. The valley below the mountain range is filled with ruins and secrets. We used to discover something new every other month. There was even a water elf settlement at the bottom of a lake!
Trissa Surehunter
After the founder of Lore's Conservator's passed, Trissa stepped up and turned the archaeological world on its head! She's super smart and knows how to traverse bureaucracy on top of cursed castles. Got me out of dungeons with paperwork alone! Trissa's so bright, but I think she may feel responsible for what happened between my dad and I. If it's not a bother, could you watch out for her with me this Frostval?

Those mutated deer weren't there when I was climbing the mountain during the wind storm. I did fib about waiting for it to subside but I was certain the village was in a desperate spot. Turns out, it was more desperate than I imagined. Luckily, I found Jack but Trissa's still out there. He said that she's helping him fix his mistake. We have to find her!

I told Trissa that we'd handle this and I don't want to disappoint her. While I try to burn the white cloth, you boot the Sluagh off the mountain. Maybe that'll halt the rite entirely. When you win, I'll pour you an extra mug of moglinberry juice.

After completing the 'Corvus Mellori' quest:

The winds are howling. Shrieking even. Dad had us settle on Otzi mountain because it was surrounded by mysteries to discover. He needed extra hands, like Jack’s, to help him dig them up. Safety? Haha, he didn’t think that far. But, hang in there. I won’t leave you.
Talk
Could I bother you for a distraction? Talking for a bit might smooth out the frayed nerves.

Holly Jolly Hunter
Could I share an embarrassing secret with you? The entire time Jack and I were sneaking through the feasting hall, I was shaking. The place was packed with violent hunters, ready to put our heads on pikes. Deep down, I was hoping Dad would come rescue us. In the end, we didn’t need him. I was brave on my own, because I knew you and Trissa would be waiting for me.
Huntress Valais
Valais was the latest in a long line of leaders. The Sluagh would steal from famed hunters to lure them out, and trick them into defeating their current ailing leader. That way, an ancient magic would force them into becoming the new head. In Valais’ case, they must have come across her husband. What remained of him…
Holle's Meal
The ritual unique to the Sluagh under Valais’ leadership was actually the last meal her husband made for her. It might have been the final piece of her memory that remained while she was under the thrall of the Sluagh. I was expecting a macabre reason. Actually, I wish it was macabre and not so…sad.
Family
Don’t be a stranger. The door’s always open to you, and Trissa will put a welcome sign up if you’re feeling anxious. No, this isn’t a trick to get you to come with us on another troublesome adventure. It’s an express invitation! We’re happy to have you, hopefully somewhere warmer.
Tundra Excavator
Thank goodness you're here! This isn't the best place for a solo mission. There's a legend about a world that embodies the North Wind that lurks nearby, and preys upon anyone foolish enough to hunt alone. I would know- it mistook me for a trapper! I'd leave, but the weather around here is rarely this clear. If you could convince the wolf to calm down or prove that we're strong enough to weather the cold, I'll share my gear- and my most recent findings!
Talk
Instead of exploring further, I think I'll study Amarok at this frozen lake. I found a patch of animal hide with an ancient depiction of them. Take a look at my research if you're curious.
Scouting
There are large patches of the Northlands that remain unexplored to this day- mostly because of the harsh temperatures and lurking monsters. We Treasure Hunters seem to find some new terror every trip, but brave the dangers because we could also come across huge discoveries, like a whole Valley of Kings hidden in the tundra! It would be the discovery of a lifetime… before I move on to the next hunt, at least.
Amarok
Seeing as how I've stumbled across their lake, I couldn't help but do a bit of research on the Wolf of the North Wind- otherwise known as Amarok. Legends say that this beast was the last of its kind, and blessed by the Avatars of both Ice and Energy after a display of loyalty. Amarok preys on foolhardy lone hunters, tears their souls out, and traps them in the same lake where its pack was slain.

So, don't be mad. I lost track of Aria and Kylokos. Really couldn't help it. I got distracted trying to figure out how I'll extract these stardust drawings and bring them back to the museum. I'm sure they're both fine. The cave isn't that dangerous.
Drawings
The cave drawings aren't ancient. What makes them so valuable is the fact that they were drawn by actual stars! With just a glance, you can easily tell what relationship the Four Symbols have. Byakko really has it in for Seiryuu, and all Dragons. In Yokai Isles stories, Tigers and Dragons are eternal rivals. Do you have any Tigers in your life, or are you a Tiger and there's a Dragon you're after?
Cave
This cave feels lived in. The stars of the Byakko constellation must sneak here often to plot how they'll lure you in here alone. You figured that out already, right? I wouldn't worry about it too much. They're obviously more mischievous than malicious. Otherwise, Aria and I would be more on guard. I bet she's nearby with a butterfly net catching some starbits to bring back to the greenhouse.
Astromancy
I don't actually think Astromancy is complete horse spit. Interpreting the stars is deeply rooted in history all over the world. But, the tone those zodiac gurus have is so tacky. It makes me want to get on Kylokos' nerves. Haha, I sneezed and she said that was such a Leo thing, so I lied and said I was actually a Scorpio. "That's also a very Scorpio thing to do," so I lied again and said I was a Virgo. She popped a vein and stormed off!
After completing the 'Komokuten' quest:

Huh? You and Aria worked everything out with the constellations already? So that's why the cave was quaking so much! I didn't notice because I was too busy dodging Kylokos' rocks. See, that's such an Aries thing, but she's actually a Sagittarius. That's the goat zodiac right? Pfft, Kylokos got even angrier when I said that! I'll tone it down. Can't have her bashing my head open. It could get these cave drawings all dirty!
