Leader of the Undead Legion
Welcome, my friend! All heroes eventually pass through the Underworld; in death, the best only grow stronger. There are only two paths to victory here:
Defeat the opposing team's Captain
-or-
Your team gains 1,000 points
Combat Rules
Do not rush into battle with a Captain. They are skilled and strong. First, you must:
*Defeat Legion Guards to reduce the Captain's health regeneration
*Defeat BladeMasters to reduce the Captain's attack power
This will weaken enough for a direct assault, but I advise you to bring friends.
Continue
Gain Points! You can only do this by defeating Legion Guards, which will give you points continuously every 5 seconds after being defeated. Defeating a player will award a small amount of points each time.
Rest here if you need to recuperate. I do not advise taking a nap in the middle of the battlefield.
Lord of the Undead Legion
I have a new challenge for you; one that will be filled with new surprises for the both of us. After what transpired in the Seven Circles, my Legionnaires have undergone drastic changes. Deimos is a prime example. He's a vicious Legion Devastator that could only be felled by an army of paladins. Just when I thought he was defeated, his body transformed and he awoke as a primal beast. Deimos wants to test this newfound power against you.
Talk
My Legion and I are eager to learn more about this transformation, and if other Legionnaires can do the same.
Soul
My Legionnaires may retain their minds and wills, but each of them have a sliver of my soul, binding them to me. The point of that was to allow me to exert control if they stepped out of line. It worked, for a time. My Legion soon grew too large for me to effectively split my attention. Their own thoughts, emotions, and memories even began to leak into mine. Do keep that a secret between the two of us. No one else is trusted with this knowledge.
The Beast
You were there at the Seven Circles. I am still myself, and The Beast has returned to its rightful place. That doesn't mean it's tamed. Even now, I feel it lying in wait, eyeing my defenses for any hint of instability. At the moment, there's no need for concern. The new perspective I gained from our excursion through Undine has given me a firm sense of control - so much so that it affected my Legionnaires. Deimos is a prime example.
Transformation
My Legion grows ever stronger, and Deimos is a prime example. The sliver of my soul binding the Devastator to my control flared, causing him to transform when he was about to be slain. He returned, stronger and deadlier, taking a form unique to his disposition. The cause of this is yet unknown, but I have a feeling it has to do with the Seven Circles. What are the Circles? They're a prison for…well, why don't you go find out for yourself?
- To SevenCircles
After completing the 'The Beast' quest:
Ever since we returned from the Seven Circles, my Legion has grown in ways even I couldn't have predicted. The sliver of my soul binding Deimos to my control flared, causing him to transform when he was about to be slain. He returned, stronger and deadlier, taking a form unique to his disposition. I'm looking to replicate this with my Generals, and the rest of the Legion is eager to follow suit. They're calling this 'phase' of sorts a 'Dark Return.'
