Young Noble
Seeing someone who isn't a member of the Noble court at this summit is a relief. Most of Balemorale's guests won't have their subjects' best interests in mind when they have their walk with the Queen. Having a renowned Hero present is going to bring at least some semblance of honest rationality. If you're interested in the type of Nobles that you'll be brushing shoulders with, let me know. I'll be happy to help.
Talk
My family lives on the border of Darkovia, but I feel much more at home there than I do here.
Supporters
The Noble court used to be split into factions. One wanted Lord Brentan to be King, and others supported Princess Brittany. Queen Victoria's supporters came out victorious, but our efforts to make Greenguard better for the common folk have faced frequent opposition. Combined, the supporters of Prince Brentan -and formerly Princess Tara- outnumber us. They would rather hole up in luxurious castles, or solve problems with war.
Pariahs
Certain families have been ostracized by the Noble court for various reasons. My mother married a commoner, which is still frowned upon even though King Alteon fought to make it legitimate. Lady Marigold and Lord Vaughn's fathers were loyal to King Dethrix I, so the other Nobles treat them poorly to endear themselves to the Queen. At least Lord Vaughn is strong enough to make them afraid of him.
Warmongers
There are a number of families that thrive in times of war. They're veterans of Greenguard's eras of conquest, or are descendants of legendary warriors. They believe in striking first, and commanding respect by conquering others. Lord Granville is the most vocal, and will try to convince Queen Victoria that we can return to our golden age if we plan a war against the Empire or other nations.

Young Noble
Welcome to Swordhaven, Capital of Greenguard. Though the walls have fallen to tragedy after tragedy, its people have weathered every storm. Recently, the Nobles have gathered to discuss preparations for future calamities. My father, Lord Cavendish, being one of them. The nobles can be…ruffled easily. If you have the time, I could acquaint you with the Lords and Ladies, and get you noble attire to blend in.
Nobility
Many of the Noble houses of Greenguard are older than the current royal house. The previous dynasty ruled for centuries, and their cruelest warriors were of noble blood. Until King Alteon ascended to the throne, knighthood, along with other noble professions, were barred from the peasantry. These sweeping changes are a relief to me. We feel like a country instead of an open-field prison.
Rebellion
King Alteon is the first of his name and house to sit on the Throne of Greenguard. He led a rebellion against the previous tyrant King, and succeeded. Some noble houses allied with King Alteon from the start. Others stayed loyal to King Dethrix to the end. Though some were extinguished during the rebellion, others knelt and swore loyalty to the Alteons when the fighting was over, and he gave them mercy.
Cavendish
My mother's previous husband was a general of the defeated Tyrant King. I believe it was Sir Valen who forced him to retreat to mother's castle. By then, mother had already given shelter to all the commoners that lived nearby, and locked the gates. Her archers fired at Dethrix's loyalists while Sir Valen slew the greedy former Lord Cavendish. Mother became free to support the Alteons and her people.

Young Victor
Ah, I'm happy to see a familiar face, but I'm surprised you haven't taken on the Temple, Shrine, and Ascent yet. I imagine Empress Ai No Miko has you busy testing the challengers before they're allowed to pass the torii gate up ahead. Quite diligent of her. You're giving the Empress a way to weed out those with ill-intent without offending them directly. Considering certain visitors in attendance, that's dearly needed.
Party
My friends and I conquered the Temple, and they even convinced me to clear the Shrine as well. They both needed to leave the Isles to attend to personal matters, so we haven't attempted the ascent yet. You must know them - Lady Marigold Reignolds and Lady Song Rivale. Haha, Song wouldn't have gone at all, but she was worried that Mari would get hurt. Under that stern mask, Miss Rivale is very kind and sweet.
Darkovia
My home is near Darkovia's borders, and I'm responsible for the well-being of those who live inside and outside of the eternal night. The Temple of the Solstice Moon grants invincibility to any who can meet its challenge. I'm not interested in power, but I am concerned about what others will do with it. I've already had a chance to speak with a Vampire from Queen Safiria's court. Imagine what would happen if…
Ancestor
The blessing given by the Temple of the Solstice Moon is an afterthought. It's god, Sir Arche, is one of my ancestors. We thought he died defending King Dudley Drakath, but he actually eloped with a woman from the Yokai Isles. Sir Arche was not happy to see me, and made the challenge harder than it was supposed to be. My friends and I still succeeded. Arche bitterly gave me his blessing, and nothing more. I need a real talk with him…
