Richard went inside Castle Bocklin first. Said he'd scout it out for us to make sure it's safe. I hear the Undead shuffling around, so I'll help him clear the way. If that cough hasn't gotten to you, try to keep up with us, and…make sure Richard's doing okay.
After this, you have to make Brentan's family let Richard go back to his brother. It's cruel. Just say Lord Henry II proved that he was trustworthy, and that he doesn't need to be threatened anymore. What are the nobles going to do? Say no to the Queen?

The Wraiths don't look like they answered directly to the Thronekeeper when they were alive. Still, we should check if they have a key to one of the other rooms. I'm still working on my lockpicking skills. Wait! Don't tell Dad!
The Wraiths must have been members of Dethrix's army that wanted to defect with the Thronekeeper. Then, Valen went crazy, and killed all of them during negotiations. What was wrong with him? And what was wrong with you? How could you trust that guy?

The key we found unlocked some sort of archive, and…it's haunted. There's a ghost inside, but they don't seem to be hostile or under the control of the Necromancers. We should consult them for info, and look for other clues about the Vaughns.
It's kind of sad that I learned your maiden name from someone that your 'best pal' Valen killed. "Dayne," huh? Fancy. Oh, does this mean I'm related to the Drakaths? Ew…Ugh, I feel sick.

We've learned all that we can here, so we'll follow Richard deeper into the castle. The Necromancers must have been paid by the cartload. Just look at all the Undead and Wraiths in here. It won't be safe to explore unless we clear them out.
I noticed that some of their necks are damaged. It's as if Valen and the rebels went for their heads, but realized they weren't from the Vaughn family. Considering what happened, the castle's way too clean. That's eerie…

We can go deeper into the castle, but I stopped Richard from going ahead. There are strange warped, ghosts in the halls. They're not like the other spirits. They've lost their form and fused together. What are they? You'll investigate? Alright…
Did the Necromancers fumble their spells? I could hear those Revenants screaming in rage when they saw you. They're so angry, that they're scratching at themselves to have something to harm. Wait, Mom? You're bleeding again…

I checked the key you found on one of the warped ghosts. It opens a trophy room filled with mounted antlers. It's creepier than the Necromancer hiding out in there. We need to deal with them, and look for any other clues.
Mom? Why are you just staring into space? Do you…recognize this room?

What is it now? I just want to get this over with. It's too dangerous to go any further without placing protective runes in the hall? Fine. Whatever. I don't know anything about that junk, so just hurry up.
I always wanted to learn magic from you. Brittany told me she felt the same way, but you never bothered to teach us. She gave up on hoping, and I have too. Dad says we don't need to learn how to fight in the first place, but neither of you protect us when it really matters.

Stop. Don't move. I spotted people outside in the courtyard. They don't look like they're Necromancers or the Undead. Those white robes? You could mistake them for Clerics, but…there's something wrong. We need to make the first move, and watch for anything suspicious.
You look really pale. What did you see? I didn't notice anything in the pond, but the people in the courtyard disappeared as soon as my arrows hit them. They left behind their robes, and traces of magic. It turned the air in the courtyard stagnant.

Richard doesn't recognize the Faceless Ritualists either, but they have something to do with the warped spirits. They know that we're here, and we'll be surrounded if we don't react fast enough. Take as many of them out as you can.
They're gone as soon as I blink. It's like they just flickered out of existence. It sort of reminds me of how you used to snap your fingers to light up a whole room when you found me staying up too late, then snapped them again to let the dark back in.

There are a lot of moving parts to this mystery. Ugh! There's no time to piece it together. A Knight, not those grunts stumbling around the entrance, but the real deal…it's coming down the stairs towards us. This won't be easy.
M-mom. What's happening? Your eyes burned so bright, they almost melted out of their sockets…Where are you looking? What are you staring at?
